Report of the staff welfair committee 2013-2014 The Team: Faby, Manitra, Mialy, Pierrette, Jean-Luc and Vincent The staff welfare committee for the year 2013/2014 is proud to have shared with all of you these moments of open exchange rich in emotions. Here below the list of activities carried out during the fiscal year:  

•  "Tea & pastry" time for the handing over and rewarding ceremony for employees.
•  Distribution of school supplies for the children of employees Ar 80.000/child.
•  Reward gift voucher Shoprite for singles Ar 60.000/staff .
• "Dance party" at Suite 101 following initiation sports and Latino dances.  
•  Distribution of voucher Shoprite Ar 30.000 for Christmas. 
•  Recreational and educational outgoing at Mantasoa, hotel Ermitage, with visit of Jean Laborde site.
•  Week-end at Andasibe at Eulophiella hotel and visit to Mitsinjo park and Vakona private reserve.
•  Folklorique dinner with Tour Operator team at Café Charly Restaurant, Carlton hotel, followed by an after  party at Suite 101. 
•  Donation of fruits, vegetables, beverages throughout the year. 
•  Distribution of basic needs with 25Kg of rice, sugar 3Kg, 3L oil/employee for Christmas/ Easter/ Independence Day.
•  Initiation to dancing for 3 months with Michel ZOZO of M2BZ  dancing academy.
• A piggy enveloppe to all staff for their birthday greetings and each social event such as the birth of a child and wedding of an employee. Fortunately no death this year.
• Donation of smart shirt.
